The ChallengeThe role of the Account Executive is to approach mid-market named accounts with proposals to adopt Adobe Creative Cloud/Document Cloud and drive customer satisfaction as well as contribute to increased revenue for Adobe. You will directly interact with customers in sales activities, but will also collaborate with Adobe authorized partners as transactions will go through partners. The Account Executive will identify issues faced by customers such as license management, compliance, cost reduction as well as operational efficiency to deliver proposals on optimal solutions and various agreement programs. The successful candidate must have the capability to flexibly adapt to a new business environment and devise new ideas and proposals accordingly, as Adobe also focus on cloud-based license offering.What You’ll DoConduct high-touch sales activities targeting mid-size customers in commercial market for Adobe's Digital Media productsDeliver all license agreement proposals mainly on Creative Cloud/Document Cloud and close dealsIdentify and understand customer pain points related to software license adoption, and deliver optimal solutions and proposalsEstablish good relationships with executives at target customers, to facilitate closing all-scale dealsAchieve sales targets through accurate forecasting and understanding of gaps against the targets, and executing appropriate activities Collaborate with Adobe Solution Consultant to deliver proposals to customers on solutions that will solve their business issues and improve business efficiency.Adobe Account Executive should pursue business success through efficient collaboration with all Adobe’s resources.What You Need to SucceedFive or more years of sales experience in the IT industry (Must have understanding of issues faced by customers' IT and procurement departments and their relationship)Ability to identify customers' issues and potential needs, structure optimal solutions, and convince customers to adopt Adobe's solutionsAbility to act flexibly in a balanced manner in accordance with the progress of deals, changing situations on the customers' side as well as within AdobeMust be able to work closely with different divisions within Adobe including Deal Desk, Business Units, Legal and Sales Operations, and be responsible for the entire sales process ending in customer purchase orders and deal closuresProactive thinking and execution capabilities, and the ability to act with speedMust have a positive attitude and be able to exert full efforts to solve issues under a challenging situation to achieve the best resultsMust always be problems-conscious and be able to devise solutions as well as drive engagement of relevant people to solve issuesExperience with cloud and subscription services as well as term-based license agreement
