Within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Digital Media team we are passionate about understanding regional audience needs in order to build and serve outstanding web journeys. The product manager will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, based on data, using this to craft and promote impactful, locally relevant customer experiences on adobe.com in alignment with strategic goals. The chosen candidate will contribute to the global product vision while prioritizing and defining local variations required for optimizing the experience in selected markets in APAC. What you’ll do Developing a local strategy for assigned markets in response to Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy Delivering, maintaining, and managing all forms of experience change across assigned APAC markets A/B testing core experience changes, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reporting Manage deployments, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reporting Represent your local website E2E in front of all stakeholders and act as local expert, you’ll provide the local point of view on global tests and innovation Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive a wide range of research methodologies such as E2E reviews, audits, user testing Build compelling business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives by defining goals, setting priorities and drive a backlog of features adapted for priority APAC markets Align with other Product Manager peers to ensure alignment on priority topics at regional level Meet and exceed business expectations, by actively addressing ambiguity and change in the testing & optimisation backlog Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers What you need to succeed 7+ years' experience in B2C and/or B2B digital marketing, including at least 3+ years of Web Product Management experience enabling marketing and customer experiences. Knowledge of SEO/Search Marketing desirable. Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to non-technical audiences to gain support for recommendations A love of data and attention to detail with analytical abilities to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain options Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, road map and work backlog priorities and trade-offs, manage issue resolution and mitigating risk Ability to collaborate under pressure on time-critical initiatives, juggling multiple initiatives and shifting priorities as needed Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluency in English & native-level Korean required Position located in Sydney, Seoul, Singapore or Tokyo Get to know the team Global Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing Adobe's brand, communications and integrated marketing efforts worldwide to drive business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences across every marketing touch point.
