This position is a hybrid role that blends business savvy with product management expertise to optimize digital journeys to activate, engage, and drive customer loyalty.  This leader will manage multiple growth squads that span 1) customer acquisition from freemium products; 2) engaged product use for free and paid customers; and 3) monetization through free to paid conversion, cross-sell, and upsell.What You’ll DoLead and empower cross-functional growth squads that span desktop, web, mobile, and third-party embedded product experiencesBuild and scale the PLG discipline within Adobe’s Document Cloud business unitDirect hypotheses, test charters, and prioritize the backlog of growth experimentsBuild a repository of insights and socialize key learnings to the Adobe community of PLG practitionersPartner with finance, sales, business leadership to define annual PLG acquisition, engagement, and monetization targets through growth layersPartner with core product management and engineering teams to roll out winning recipesEstablish and inspect OKRs to measure efficacy of growth initiativesWhat You Need to SucceedExperience leading and scaling geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, high-performance business unit10+ years in SaaS, Digital, or Cloud-based marketing or product management leadership roleDemonstrable and durable success applying PLG to a global portfolio of products and servicesProven track record of applying creative thinking and analysis to tackle business needs in ambiguous environmentsDeep experience working successfully in a matrixed environment across marketing functions, product management, design, engineering, and GTM salesExceptional leadership skills with a bias to action, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities and managing relationships at all levelsExcellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solvingData-driven decision making to quickly understand & identify key performance drivers to ensure focus & team resources are directed accordinglyPositive impact when influencing executive leadership acrossAbility to scale new businesses and drive sustained growth in mature segmentsBA or BS degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferredAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $175,200 -- $371,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
