The team drives global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention.In this role, you will be a strategic GTM & Sales leader focused on driving Digital Sales growth for our large B2B/SMB segment with focus on US market and a WW lens through key collaboration with international geos. You will have strong perspective on customer data and business trends that translate into impactful recommendations and actions. This role is highly cross functional and will collaborate across several organizations to ensure goal alignment and strong execution of strategic priorities that contribute to driving ARR and Business customer success.What You'll DoPerform analytical deep dives into the SMB digital journey across traffic, conversion, initial purchase, add ons, retention, and upgrades with clear insights on trends and growth levers.Collaborate across organizations to drive a/b testing of experiences on the web to maximize small business conversion across web and phone.Partner with marketing, product management, adobe.com, and commerce teams to drive initiatives across acq, retention, and upsell that help deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets.Provide weekly and quarterly financial outlook updates for the Americas SMB segment based on leading KPIs and trends.Measures performance against financial objectives and incremental upliftsPriority on Gross new acquisition and sales achievementLead SMB promo strategy and execution across multiple digital surfaces.Be comfortable working across matrixed organizations to achieve common goals and drive growth.WW lens with focus on US and collaboration with regions to leverage international Works with drivers of traffic and customer driven activity, and close partnership with category PMM’s to execute against PMM-defined strategiesAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadership to gain support.Quarter OL process focus “calling the web number and actions to get there” Merchandising and Promotion executionKey journey improvements What You’ll Need to SucceedBS/BA with 5+ years commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experienceData driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actionable insightsExperience pulling data from multiple sources leveraging Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, and SQLStrong understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver resultsUnderstanding of customer journey metrics and how they translate into ARRDemonstrated ability to build cross functional partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Growth, Product Marketing, and Program/Project ManagementOutstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling mannerStrong team player and great sense of humorOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $212,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
