The OpportunityCome join the Employee Experience team as a Sr. Compensation Program Manager, reporting to Adobe’s Sr Manager, Compensation Strategy and Design. We are looking for a Sr. Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, development and execution of global compensation programs and initiatives including D&I related compensation activities such as pay equity analysis and statutory gender pay analysis for various countries.What you'll Do Lead projects related to compensation policy, program development and administration, including development of project approach, detailed project plan and timeline, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.Using strong operational compensation knowledge, build successful relationships with stakeholders across Employee Experience and beyond, through a proactive approach to designing competitive compensation programs aligned with Adobe’s compensation philosophy.Prepare a variety of compensation analyses, financial models, forecasts, reports, and presentations targeted to global senior leaders and executivesDevelop training and communication plans for compensation programs including emails, presentations, videos, newsletters, intranet site contentReview compensation program processes and drive efficiencies through technology and process improvements, including for annual rewards cyclePrepare competitive compensation market analyses, as well as, internal equity analyses, to ensure both competitive and internally fair practices throughout the companyParticipate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programsUse thoughtfulness when discussing DE&I concerns and contribute to problem solving conversations around DE&I initiativesWork closely with talent management, talent development, legal, payroll, employee resources center, and benefits to ensure alignment and compliance across comp programsWhat you need to succeed 7-10 years of global compensation experienceExperience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modeling outcomesStrong project management and change management experienceExperience partnering with Legal on Pay Equity and Pay TransparencyFamiliarity with compensation compliance rules globallyStrong interpersonal and consulting skills, with ability to influenceStrong Analytical skills and high attention to detailStrong Excel skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentEffective verbal, and written communication skillsCollaborative team playerResourceful self-starterProficiency with HRIS, such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft and market analysis tools such as RadfordBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,500 -- $193,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
