You will be responsible for creating the product vision, roadmap, driving execution, and delivering business outcomes in partnership with GTM teams. This is a robust growth business across all customer segments today with an opportunity to create new markets in the future to further accelerate Adobe Document Cloud’s trajectory.What you'll Do As the business owner for your product articulate the product vision, enable product execution and drive business outcomes (revenue and run rate).Build and develop a team of impactful product managers, through inspiration and empowerment to drive excellence. Continuously set the standard.Serve as a product problem solver who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Partner with GTM teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption and make customers successful.Manage metrics to measure success of product features. Partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.What you need to succeed Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field.7+ years product management experience. Led and shipped user-facing SaaS or API products, built on sophisticated technical systems running at scale.Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Persistence and determination to ensure that your product is successful.Experience in building and managing high performance product management teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.Possess a deep sense of ownership and responsibility and understand that the buck stops with you.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $163,200 -- $316,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
