This role will span acquisitions, divestitures, and direct investments.What you’ll doPartner with key collaborators to develop strategic acquisition and investment themes to assess opportunities.Collaborate on target selection; identify product gaps, and lead build/partner/buy analyses.Influence decision-making by bringing meticulous analyses to drive the ‘right conversations’ and get to the heart of the assertions and issues.Lead all aspects of the M&A process (e.g., execution, negotiation, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuationMentor and develop team members and extended partners through the deal process, including initial integration planning.Develop external network of industry specialists to bring outside-in knowledge of market trends and opportunities. The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,300 -- $374,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
