As part of this team, you'll be the face of Frame.io for your customers, ensuring that all aspects of their experience are seamless, that expectations are exceeded, and that touchpoints with the product and the greater Frame.io team are valuable.Own the Frame.io Customer relationship and create an exceptional experience for new and existing Enterprise clientsPartnering with a Customer Success Manager to provide excellent onboarding experience to ensure new Enterprise Customers are set up for successBuild and grow excellent partnerships with Frame.io customersMaintain an active pipeline of renewals and expansions to meet the quotaWork collaboratively with broader sales and success teams to create account plans and execute a growth strategyBe the go-to resource for our clients as a source of objective industry insightWhat you need to succeed 1-2 years of relevant Account Management experience preferably in a similar industry and/or at a SaaS companyExperience generating a pipeline, and qualifying and identifying expansion opportunitiesConfidence and command in managing SaaS renewal sales cyclesExcellent listening skills and a strong sense of customer empathy and curiosityStrong written and verbal communication and comfort in presentation settingsHighly organized in the approach to planning days, account books, and sales toolsExperience in video creation or media technology workflows a plus; a passion for online video or video creation a mustIf you’re familiar with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, this is ideal for youEnthusiasm and drive to work in a startup environmentOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,200 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
