This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of M&A banking integration, treasury management systems, and daily cash operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement world-class cash management practices and help improve and streamline processes using a variety of digital transformation tools to help scale the business.What you'll Do Support M&A bank account integration, including consolidating accounts, updating signatories, obtaining online banking access, and responding to bank compliance requestsMaintain Treasury liquidity dashboard within Kyriba treasury management system ("TMS") BI moduleUpdate and troubleshoot RPA/bot processes related to the liquidity dashboardResponsible for wire request workflow process via ServiceNow and performing routine UATLead projects to drive automation and operational improvement using digital transformation tools such as Power BI and UiPathComplete periodic reporting requirements such as bank signatory audits, bank system user audits, FBAR reporting, bank confirmations, and ongoing audit supportReport and analyze banking fees using Kyriba BFA moduleCollaborate closely with banks and internal partners to ensure timely handling of operational requirements and business inquiries.Assist with daily worldwide cash management functions, including cash positioning, preparation of wire transfers, investment analysis, treasury dashboard design, and short-term cash forecasting.Participate in ad hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies that facilitate operational efficiencies.Opportunity to participate in broader treasury projects and cross-functional projects at any given time.What you need to succeed 1-3 years of proven experience in Corporate Treasury.  CTP certification a plusBS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.Technical aptitude in data analysis and experience with TMS and Power BI is a plus.Solid understanding of payment methods, SWIFT, H2H/API transmission protocols and electronic banking systems.Solid understanding of accounting concepts and familiarity with financial reporting for large public companies.Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills and self-awareness to work effectively with other team members and departments.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $54,900 -- $117,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
