Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Senior Director, Enterprise Sales will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s Digital Experience Retail and Consumer Goods enterprise business in the Americas. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.What You’ll DoIn this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for Digital Experience and for successful achievement of an aggressive revenue target. This is a clear revenue/quota carrying role and you and your team will sell into Enterprise, Commercial and Public-Sector segments.Aligning with the overall strategy as set out by the VP, you will define and execute the sales strategy for the DX product suite as well as:Build relationships with and sell to top 100/C level customers- CEOs , CMO’s and CIOs through a proper and implementable go to market plan, which includes channel ecosystem, partnerships and direct sales.Drive a strong sales discipline and ensure the execution of sales leads both self-sourced, via Marketing and Partner eco-system.Establish, develop and maintain strong executive level relationships in market across current and future clients.Establish strong practices for Customer Retention working closely with the Customer Success Team. Drive best practices for account management, opportunity management as well as Inside Sales implementation.Leverage cross-functional relationships with key members of the Executive leadership team in Engineering, Product Development and Consulting Be the voice of Adobe for DX and drive adoption of DX products in newer market areas and newer industry segments.What You Need to Succeed20+ years of experience, track record of consistently overachieving sales quotaA consistent track record to deliver on results & priorities, an ability to work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadershipDeep experience in Software and Solution Sales, including Cloud based and SaaS Solutions.Must have led a business with annual revenue more than $500MAbility to develop and maintain senior relationships, and a high degree of responsiveness and integrityDemonstrated track record in recruiting and developing high performance talent.Industry recognition - must be seen as a thought leader in the relevant segments.A passion for sales with very strong presentation skills aligned with a successful track record of solution sales.Adobe’s Worldwide Field OperationsAdobe’s Worldwide Field Operations provides customers with the products, services, solutions, and support they need to make, lead, measure and/or monetize their digital assets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $330,000 -- $531,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
