The Opportunity:We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join the Digital Media Product Lifecycle team to help lead programs or projects involving department and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new product offerings or upgrading existing products. In this highly visible role, the program manager will help drive alignment across many cross functional teams in order to meet the key business objectives. The program manager will provide strategic program management by working with a broad set of partner organizations (Product marketing, Campaign Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, Business Strategy, Pricing, Branding, Product Program & Release Management, Segment Marketing, Go to Market).Do you:Love leading large, complex programs – being the primary go-to person across a disparate set of teams.Enjoy problem solving and able to clarify how the whole puzzle is supposed to fit together and function.Excel at working broadly, across business units, technical/non-technical teams, corporate organizations, and executives.Successfully communicate with people at all levels, from front-line team members to VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.Make things more efficient and productive – create simple processes that make everyone’s life easier.What you'll do:Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps, transform it into execution plans and deliver against business objectives.Collaborate with teams to communicate requirements, determine scope, define the design approach, and build a schedule that ensures delivery.Identify and minimize risks based on your understanding of how the puzzle fits together.Facilitate communication to partners throughout the organization, including C-level executives.Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedule.Drive release management activities to ensure successful implementation of product updates.Build playbooks and methodologies for other teams to use.What you need:Bachelor's Degree is preferred or 7+ years’ of experience in Project/Program Management or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of experience running large, intricate programs that span many organizations and executivesBe technically curious – understand learn how things work without being askedHave high attention to detail; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present at all levelsBe motivated, self-starter, who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguityHave Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage and empower others.Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal guidance.PMP, CSM, Agile Training preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
