The OpportunityAdobe is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who has an expertise in software engineering and machine learning. In this role, you will partner with the business units to build and scale data products that address challenging business problems for Adobe’s enterprise customers.Research, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning solutions for business.What you’ll DoWork closely with data scientists, engineers, researchers, and product managers to build AI/ML solutions and Experimentation on Adobe Experience PlatformEngage with customers to understand and anticipate how machine learning can solve their business problemsWork across organizational boundaries to align on priorities and drive projects forwardPromote accomplishments across the organization, blogs, and conferencesWhat you need to succeedPh.D. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications to business problems.Proven ability in building, deploying, measuring, and maintaining machine learning modelsProven ability in building large-scale distributed ML pipelines.Experience with scikit-learn, pandas, ml-lib.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of delivering business solutions or production software.Experience with Apache Spark, CosmosDB, Cassandra or similar.Familiarity with a Deep Learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,800 -- $213,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
