Through deep customer and product knowledge, you will ensure product/ market fit, work with the product team to define the priorities for the product, assess product/feature readiness, and develop the messaging, launch, and Go-to-Market strategies that will accelerate awareness and use. Your ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are critical. We are looking for a teammate with deep knowledge of the video industry and strong interpersonal skills who can work with key cross functional partners across multiple teams.What You'll DoAs the product and domain expert, guide product marketing strategy based on deep understanding of the product, customer, and competitive landscapeDevelop a data-driven perspective on customer needs and translate those insights into actions for partner teams including product and go to marketWork closely with product management to help define product requirements, leveraging beta programs and customer feedbackConduct market research and user studies to inform decisionsTake an active role in the go-to-market of Premiere Pro and the Adobe video portfolio What Will Help You SucceedDeep knowledge of the video industryStrong storytelling and writing skillsDirect experience in product marketing or product managementProven success working cross-functionally across product management, engineering, go-to-market, sales, etc.Passion for developing solutions to ensure customer success, and an ability to clearly articulate decisions and insights to a wide range of audiencesHighly organized and able to respond and prioritize requests from cross-functional teamsAmbitious self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanorExperience in professional video, SAAS, video products & services, or MBA is a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
