Expert Solution Consultants demonstrate how Adobe Experience Manager Guides will solve prospects’ business problems, using tailored use cases which clearly articulate the value and potential of the product. The Solutions Consultant supports the Account Executives through the sales process via the proof of concept and supports the customers from pre-sales to post-sales as the technical point of contact.In this role, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for technical account management, product demonstration and custom business case creation. The Solutions Consultant creates custom demos to address business requirements for prospective customers and addresses all technical requests during the sales process and works cross-functionally in post-sales environment to address all technical needs of customers.What you’ll doWork with Account Executives in sales and others to identify, prepare and deliver solution messaging to customers or prospects to demonstrate the value proposition of Adobe products and services.Present product demonstrations via web conference and onsite at client officesAnswer business, technical and logistical questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrationsLead Proof of Concepts for clients evaluating the product – understanding their use cases, doing product demonstrations, and answering queries.Respond to RFI/RFP inquiriesBuild mini applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client Describe the best solution architecture of Adobe products and existing customer systems to solve customer’s key business requirement.Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical or related issues in the pre-and post-sales environments to remove potential impediments to sales and to support customer satisfaction, renewal and other metrics and targets.Provide consultation and carry out post-sales implementation of the product for customers.What you need to succeedBTech or MTech in Computer ScienceOutstanding presentation skills and client-facing experienceAbility to develop creative solutions to problemsHands on with coding and familiarity with Java and web technologies like JavaScript, HTTP, REST, HTML5, XMLOutstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skillsMust be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer supportAbility to travelPreferred: AEM or a CMS solution selling experience
