It is the driving force behind driving the company’s thought leadership platform and Adobe’s efforts in reaching new audiences through owned, earned, and paid PR and social media. To build upon the momentum, the Program Manager will be driving an array of partnerships and activations to propel the brand and its newest product, Adobe Express, forward with key consumer audiences. This role will manage the Brand and Consumer Communications team’s partnership program spanning social media platforms, influencers, events, and other brands and organizations, and will help scale parts of the program across the broader communications organization.The ideal candidate will have a background in storytelling (i.e., communications, public relations, social media, etc.) and have a great pulse on what’s happening in culture and business connecting that to their work in identifying and activating interesting partnerships for the brand and Adobe Express. This individual will have a strong track record of successfully managing concurrent partnerships and workstreams with a steadfast approach in measuring and reporting program impact on the business.What you’ll doCore Team PartnershipsManage the partnerships program – inclusive of social platform partners, NGOs, influencers – for the brand and consumer comms team serving as the day-to-day lead on partner comms and activitiesCraft strategic and thoughtful partnership plans that enable us to not only reach but also build momentum with each of our key audiencesConcept bespoke partnerships and activations in collaboration with team and stakeholders that propel Adobe and Adobe Express into the consumer and cultural zeitgeistCross-Functional Paid Media PartnershipsScale our cross-functional media partnership efforts negotiating paid, multi-media content scopes (i.e., broadcast, branded articles and video, social media collaborations and amplification, and events) that support stakeholder priorities and drive the businessManage the various partnership workstreams with internal stakeholders and ensure partnerships are delivering against deadlines and KPIsCreate best practices for the media partnerships program, inclusive of SEO and measurementPartnership OperationsProactively manage concurrent programs, partnerships and activations from start to finish with the utmost attention to detail, inclusive of work backs to hit deliverable deadlinesCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to execute partnership programs while effectively managing deliverables and deadlinesDevelop and manage briefs, timelines, and reporting cadence that keeps partnership workstreams in motion and shares back successes and learnings of the programSustain excellent cross-functional relationships across the PR, social, media and Studio teamsWhat you’ll need to succeed3-5+ years in marketing or program management role2-3 years of experience or equivalent background in external communications (i.e., media, PR, social media, events, etc.)Proven ability to effectively project management with extreme attention to detail and ability to hit deadlinesHighly driven and self-motivated individual with a “get it done” mentalityExcellent communicator in written and verbal form with strong interpersonal skillsProven success operating within an agile, fast-paced and matrixed businessOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $62,000 -- $124,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
