The ChallengeThe Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) Strategic Planning and Compensation team works closely with ACS leadership on strategies for improving our Services impact across all lines of business and geographies. Our goal is to maintain a strategic business model and continually monitor the drivers of our success, conducting critical analysis and identifying actions that will optimize top line growth and profitability for our Services business. Our work is to provide insights that inform decisions related to annual planning and compensation design, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling timely decision-making velocity. Reporting to the Director, this position will provide an outstanding opportunity for you to drive insight and accelerate growth for Adobe, collaborate globally with ACS business leaders, operations, finance and HR business partners.What You will doYou will be a member of a small but mighty team that works across the globe. We will inspect aspects of the services sales and delivery capabilities to optimize our annual planning, rolling forecasts, and compensation design. We will develop insights and recommendations to senior decision makers.Identify, build, develop, & maintain sophisticated quantitative models and tools to improve our long-range planning capabilities. You will provide input into how we lead the quarterly rolling forecast (QRF) globally, identifying and conducting analysis of performance within and across geographies, collaborate with key business partnersProvide insights to inform planning prioritization, compensation design, and business priorities; enable timely velocity of decision-makingEmploy data analysis, benchmarking, design thinking, customer interviews, employee interviews, financial impact modeling and other techniquesIdentify data, process & system automation opportunities to mature our planning and forecasting capabilitiesProvide assessment on the effectiveness of our compensation strategy, and provide rationale and recommendations for changeEnsure broad awareness, socialization and executive alignment of our plans prior to execution. The U.S. pay range for this position is $88,600 -- $198,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
