The OpportunityAs a Professional Services Consultant for Adobe Experience Platform, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions using the Adobe Experience Platform. You will be responsible for leading implementation projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful deployment of the Adobe Experience Platform. You will also be responsible for delivering training and support to clients and helping them to maximize the value of their investment in Adobe technology.Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions using the Adobe Experience PlatformLead implementation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and deploymentProvide technical guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for implementing and configuring Adobe Experience PlatformCreate and maintain project documentation, including requirements, technical design documents, and testing plansDeliver training and support to clients on the use of Adobe Experience PlatformCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to ensure successful project deliveryStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Adobe technology to ensure the best possible solutions for clientsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environmentExperience with Adobe Experience Platform, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with one or more MarTech technologies like Experience Analytics, Personalization, Customer Data Platform, Audience ManagerStrong understanding of web technologies and architecture (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFlexibility to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 25-50% travel)At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
