The challengeThe Digital Strategy & Solutions (DSS) group works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers to build a shared vision for digital transformation, align on the Adobe & customer partnership roadmap, prove out the business and technical case, and drive the enterprise sales motion. We advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation, digital innovation and much more. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, technical capabilities assessments, proof-of-concepts and demos to deliver high-impact pre-sales activities. As a Sr. Global Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be at the center of this culture shift working with senior regional leaders to define, launch, and evolve the right programs, ensure continuous improvement by tracking success and communicate progress globally. You are expected to be an agent of change, and strong strategy and operations leader, who is passionate about growing our global impact with improved employee experiences.In this position, you will:· Refine global programs that are currently being defined to scale effective practices and knowledge· Act as a leader across geographies working with executives in Americas, EMEA and JAPAC to roll out programs and ensure success· Own and drive global operating model including communication and reporting strategy· Continuously assess and understand global business needs, define options, and translate requirements into program objectives and scope· Develop detailed project plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and outputs tied to the defined objectives· Drive the successful execution of initiatives to ensure objectives and timelines are met· Aggregate, coordinate, and communicate program and project information with core collaborators and teams· Leverage change management processes to ensure adoption of critical initiatives· Effectively handle risk, partnering with colleagues to ensure decisions are made at the right time, communication occurs, and plans are thoughtfully adjusted to reflect necessary fluctuations in goals and requirementsThe biggest impact will come from someone who has business experience in a global business environment and mastered the strategic and operational fundamentals of program management. The ideal candidate has the ability to confidently jump into any situation to quickly understand and assess business needs, identify potential gaps in programs or processes, and turn problem statements into prioritized and well-executed programs that will drive improved global collaboration and impact. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 -- $212,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
