What you'll DoBuild and maintain fiscal year plan for Expert Support (included) and Ultimate (Paid) Support businessServe as main financial operations partner to the Ultimate (Paid) Support sales and delivery teamsPartner with Finance on capacity planning & budgeting in a manner that supports business strategic objectives and prioritizes GTM motions with highest return on investmentDrive regular bookings & revenue forecasting and sales team accountability to targets and compensation plansIdentify and action expense efficiencies and/or investment tradeoffsAnalyze business dimensions, conduct scenario modeling, provide data-driven insights, and influence action on identified opportunities and risksRepresent the business’ financial position through crisp presentation and storytelling in both written and verbal communicationsCollaborate with leaders and peers across the customer engineering organization and the digital experience sales organizationDrive business processes to improve efficiencies in core support business including vendor spend optimizationEstablish financial model for development of proactive customer support tools and innovations that improve the speed and quality of supportWhat you need to succeed:8+ year’s experience in business operations or finance roles; prior experience in Services and Support business operations and SaaS business modelsAdvanced analytical abilities with high standards for accuracySelf-motivated with strong work ethic, desire to learn, attention to detail, and dedication to qualityAbility to sort through high complexity and present upshots in easily digestible formatsAbility to lead by influence and work effectively in highly matrixed organizationsComfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolvesEffective communicator – strong executive presence and verbal/written communicationsBachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent practical experienceAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists (http://www.adobe.com/careers/awards.html).
