We’re looking for an individual who understands the talent acquisition space and is able to apply data to conceptualize impactful integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll be part of the global Employee Communications and Talent Marketing team responsible for positioning Adobe as the world’s most attractive employer for our current and future employees.  What you’ll do Brand building and content strategy Partner with our Global Head of Employee Communications and Talent Marketing and other key stakeholders to build out Adobe’s refreshed employer brand strategy and unique employee value proposition for current employees and candidates including university, experienced and executive talent. Act as Editor-in-Chief for Adobe Life content. In partnership with our Employee Communications Editorial and Channel Lead, you’ll lead content integrated strategy and planning sessions, oversee content development, lead and measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Partner with our Social team and social agencies to design amplification talent campaigns that matter to current and future employees across all our owned social channels Lead and drive Adobe’s Employer brand awards program globally.Talent marketing Lead integrated marketing campaigns that cross current and future employees. From top-of-the funnel lead generation campaigns (persona research, online properties, events, advertisements, etc.) to targeted nurture campaigns, you will lead these campaigns from end-to-end, including budget, target audience, channel strategy, content marketing strategy (earned, owned and paid), and measurement. Create memorable experiences that drive engagement. You will have the creative license to conceptualize and implement employee and candidate activations that drive engagement and support our recruitment needs. You will have the opportunity to create impactful activations for our product launches, Adobe for All event, our cultural moments throughout the year; award recognitions and more. Oversee daily execution of Talent Marketing programs in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. Data analysis and insights Measure and report on key performance indicators from our channels and campaigns in order to make informed decisions about channel spend and content strategy to improve results. Provide insights and competitive intelligence to the Talent Acquisition team and recommend tailored marketing campaigns based on market data. What you need to succeed 7+ years of work experience as a talent marketer and employment branding practitioner. Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey, including experience conducting market and persona research. Experience leading Global Talent Marketing Strategy. Consistent track record executing digital marketing strategies such as content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. Love writing and the art of storytelling.Able to effectively collaborate with functional teams across the company and external partners such as creative agencies. Strong leadership, communications, and consulting abilities. Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture. Experience using Adobe’s creative software and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Acute attention to detail and have a high bar for quality. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,300 -- $216,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
