The Opportunity We are seeking a Group Manager, Marketing Operations & Engineering who will be responsible for leading operations team functions supporting owned/paid media communications and reporting. You'll be responsible for developing and leading a world-class performance marketing operations team that delivers on the ambitious global growth goals for Adobe. You’ll evolve processes and performance metrics to be accountable for accurate deployment across all marketing operations.What you'll Do Set the vision and lead the Marketing & Operations team and champion our data-driven marketing culture.Guide data quality, infrastructure deployment, internal/external alignment and communications, reporting, and marketing process governance. Advise the marketing team on how technology can be used to move the needle on marketing goals.Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations. You will be responsible for effectively handling project execution to ensure the delivery of projects under cost and time estimates.Lead strategy and creation of the overall Marketing Operations roadmap to enhance efficiencies.Identify, prioritize, and plan projects to reduce process inefficiencies in collaboration with the marketing and technology team.Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance, marketing operations team.Define roles responsibilities, performance targets, and the growth path of the team.Ability to form cross-functional relationships within the organization. Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure accurate execution and deployment of day-to-day and ad hoc tasks.Excellent communication skills keeping team members and the senior leadership informed on status updates for projects.What you need to succeed BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field12+ years of digital performance marketing enablement, marketing operations, or engineering operations experience in high-growth, software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies6+ years of digital team leadership experience, ideally with a global scopeTechnical experience to understand the data, platform, QA, and ongoing operations.2+ years of cloud technology experience (AWS/Azure/Databricks) is preferred.Deep understanding of a wide variety of marketing technology tools and platformsDeveloped, handled, and maintain the marketing automation roadmap, integrations, and workflows driving continuous improvements.
