Title: Employee Communications & Engagement Manager – ACS IndiaLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid – 60% work from the office) Position Summary: The Employee Communications – India, APAC & Japan team is chartered with galvanizing our ~10,000+ employees as ambassadors of Adobe’s brand. We are a collaborative, creative and fast-paced team that loves to experiment with new ways to engage employees through progressive programs and technology.We are looking for a passionate communicator willing to make an impact across diverse employee touchpoints. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic communications plans for one of Adobe’s critical businesses – Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) India & Global Shared Services (GSS). Adobe Customer Solutions India & Global Shared Services (ACS-GSS) teams lead multiple customer touchpoints in their digital experience journey. When customers choose Adobe, they want to be ensured that they’ve made the right choice, which is exactly what our Customer Solutions team is there for. The ACS-GSS India team is ~800 people strong and has a significant presence in Bangalore, with representation is Noida as well. Responsibilities: Develop and lead the employee communication and engagement strategy for ACS-GSS IndiaProactively identify communication and engagement opportunities, making recommendations and developing programs, linking back to the business strategyPartner with HR and other cross-functional teams to strengthen the key focus areas of team culture, common purpose and valuesCollaborate with the regional Comms managers across India to develop a regional comms ecosystem, partner with global comms teams to bring flagship engagement programsDrive strategic partnership with functional leaders across ACS-GSS IndiaImplement ACS specific and global communication plans for projects including, but not limited to, companywide employee survey, diversity programs, benefits, leadership development, compensation, equity and performance, office openings and facilities projects, employment branding, recognition programs, and people manager communicationsAssist with building the right narrative and messaging to align with the broader company strategy and connect to business priorities, Design and execute engaging, meaningful and personalized employee communication campaignsWriting/editing the key internal communication messages (includes leadership messages, engaging creative content, and internal presentations)Support in developing, executing, and measuring strategic internal communication plans that align employees with business objectivesMonitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of internal campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize resultsOrganize the leadership townhalls, internal virtual/on-ground events, and other large-format leadership events for building a connected organizationMinimum Qualification –A postgraduate degree is required. MBA in marketing / MA in journalism/ Mass comm is preferredExperience of 6-8 years working in the corporate communications team (preferred for a large business or organization)Hands-on experience of working with new-age internal communication tools. Ex – Teams, Slack etcStrategic mindset and ability to navigate a large matrix and complex organizationWriting skills – must possess excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well the ability to source stories from employeesSpeaking skills – Should have strong speaking skills and the ability to moderate virtual town halls and dialogues
