The OpportunityAdobe is seeking a Principal Program Manager to help the Adobe Analytics Product and Engineering teams achieve strategic objectives and build the next generation of Customer Journey Analytics features for the Adobe Digital Experience business.In this role, you will be pivotal in helping accomplish strategic OKRs by leading all aspects of Program Management. You will plan activities, drive process improvements, and communicate vertically and horizontally across the company, while keeping everyone informed. This is a highly cross-functional role with partnerships across various parts of the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Adobe Experience Cloud. You will improve collaboration, communication, execution, and alignment with core teams and partners across the Adobe Experience Cloud Ecosystem. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $252,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
