The OpportunityThe Sr. Director of Business Operations, Digital Experience will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, partnering to drive efforts to scale Adobe’s sales motion globally. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operations of the organization, including global programs, metrics, systems, and technologies. In this role you will develop and drive strategic priorities, as well as leading the operational cadence across the Worldwide Field Organization. This leader will be a trusted partner who will drive strategy and innovation for the Worldwide Field Organization and serve as the point person to drive coordinated execution of key cross-company initiatives. What You’ll DoLead initiatives and work across teams to inform decisions related to annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity.Lead cross-functional global initiatives that drive alignment and develop projects that scale at a global level, drive change, and achieve results.Reshape WWFO strategic business planning process across the entire portfolio in support of our transformation and that of our customers and partners.Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to communicate progress, identify potential roadblocks and align on follow-on actions needed to remain on schedule.Coordinate reporting of Sales metrics and analytics; review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to drive performance.Drive leadership team weekly meetings, All-Hands, QBR’s, strategy sessions.Lead staff meetings, partner meetings, and strategy sessions; work across teams to drive preparation for and lead quarterly operating review meetings (e.g. QFR, QBR, QPR, etc.).Partner with other members of the WWFO leadership team to set and lead priorities, proactively suggest, define, launch, and drive operational initiatives.Partner with finance on operating budget planning across the organization. What You Need to SucceedDemonstrated success defining and implementing new-state strategies and programs.Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.Demonstrated leadership in driving senior-level cross-functional operational planning and business reviews that are effective in managing execution to plans.Ability to connect the dots across teams, insights, and initiatives.High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and execution plans where there were none while working in a fast-paced environment.Senior leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and leading change at scale.Proven strong EQ, positive energy, and organization savviness.Ability to influence C-level decision-making.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,000 -- $349,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
