Adobe is hiring a Senior Director to lead Adobe Design in India. You will lead a cross-functional team of more than 100 practitioners who deliver extraordinary experiences for all of Adobe’s customers. You are an inspirational leader with deep connections to the design community in India, you are a coach and mentor who attracts top talent, and you are looking to take a world class design team to the next level.As the site leader for Adobe Design in India, you will manage a team, and work hand in hand with design leaders from across the globe. In addition to operational management, you will provide regional oversight in India for the design team by hosting all hands, onboarding new team members, fostering internal community, building strong connections with the global design community, and attracting the best talent.
