You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our major customers. The ideal candidate will have a blended technical (data or commerce) and digital marketing background with a good eye for presentation and compelling demonstrations. You’ll have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with both marketing, data and IT customer at all levels. As a core member of the team, you’ll collaborate with and support our sales and customer success organizations. Also, as a creative problem-solving leader, you will tailor use-cases which clearly articulate the context and value of CXM in the customer's daily work stream and master how adobe helps clients meet these challenges.What You’ll DoPerform discovery and develop a vision which matches client’s objectives and solves their business issues.Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.The solution consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.Manage the Demos and PoCs for clients.Amplify Adobe’s voice at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Be responsible for working directly with customers and prospects to match business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the ground with customers. What You’ll Need To Succeed Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.Multi-years’ experiences in software vendor or technical sales or services, preferably selling and leading Mar-tech, or Commerce/content solutions with strong ability to explain the use of these solutions for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies such as analysis, data management, testing and optimization, channels, content management, commerce.Knowledge of latest trends and issues in CXM, data-driven marketing, marketing technology and commerce/content technology is required.Operating and managing experiences with any of the component solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud is a big plus.Strong account management skills and experience working with large and complex customer organizations.Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes; multi-level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge (Value based/Solution Selling preferred).Working knowledge such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and GraphQL will be a plus.Great communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences as well as senior customer executives.Experience with customers in the high-tech industry will be a plus.
