The OpportunityWe are hiring a LMS Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Learning Management team. The candidate will be part of the IT team that centrally manages the learning management system (LMS) technology to support training needs of internal learning groups. This individual will partner with others to drive delivery of trainings supporting an optimal learning experience for Adobe employees by using Adobe Learning Manager (previously known as Adobe Captivate Prime). The individual will work with fellow business system analysts and admins, as well as internal customers and partners to collect and prioritize key business requirements, find creative solutions, and drive delivery through technology enablement. Close partnerships with enterprise training teams (i.e., Legal, Cybersecurity, Procurement) will be essential to ensure the success of projects and initiatives. If so, this is an opportunity to join a team helping enable learning as an integral part of every employee’s journey at Adobe to enrich creativity and add value.What you’ll doManage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise training by driving delivery of new and updated training through technology enablement and focus on optimized employee experienceCoordinate the assembly of learning plans and training courses in Adobe Learning Manager as outlined by content teams within defined delivery timeframeDefine test plans and perform testing on different platforms and browsers as part of a release checklist and provide readiness reporting to content teamsMaintain operational health of the learning platform by responding to and troubleshooting/resolving complex training issues within defined SLACapture learning use cases, collect and prioritize business requirements, and coordinate the development, implementation and roll-out of new or improved LMS platform capabilitiesOptimize workflows to improve the end user experience via automation, integrations, and opportunities for self-serviceWork closely with the Adobe Learning Manager product manager to advocate for the prioritization of feature requests that will benefit the maturity growth of the internal instance of the LMS platform to ensure we meet our customers’ requirements for a robust learning environmentProvide LMS product capability consult for content teams; spread awareness about new features/product updatesQualifications3 to 5 years of business systems analyst and admin experience with learning management systems (Adobe Learning Manager experience is preferred) and familiarity with content authoring toolsExperience with deploying regular updates to training focused on large-scale enterprise audiencesAbility to build positive engaging relationships; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks mutually effective outcomesFocused on results with ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects in a dynamic and agile environmentOrganized; self-starter with the ability to communicate independent ideas and drive them to execution; think strategically and implement tacticallyStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience with executive level communicationsNatural problem-solver; strong analytical skills; experience with developing and improving processesWorking knowledge of incident management tools (ServiceNow experience is preferred)At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 -- $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
