The web product management team focuses on making adobe.com an outstanding experience for visitors across their entire customer journey. You will drive the strategic direction for our Experience Cloud (DX) products on business.adobe.com and deliver exceptional experiences to the site.You will identify key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our UX, Publishing, and Engineering teams to build exceptional experiences for our prospects and customers. You will partner on the global product vision, while prioritising and defining local variations required for optimising the web experience across EMEA; as lead Product Manager for the Western-EMEA Regions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring projects accomplish business goals.The Role:Help drive the evolution of business.adobe.com, further developing the website as an impactful demand engine for Adobe’s enterprise solutionsUse data, customer and competitor insights to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling user experiencesAssess new market opportunity and strategic growth areas within EMEA, with particular focus on Western markets including Paris, Spain, Italy, Nordics, and BeneluxBuild business proposals for site improvements, clearly identifying goals, success measures, and targetsWork with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales and Digital to define goals, set priorities, and progress the EMEA website roadmap; whilst collaborating closely with global partners in the USDrive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and development teamsDiscover, validate, and document business and technical requirementsWork with UX teams on site structure, customer journeys and page designsPartner with the creative team on providing timelines, briefs, and direction for key content experiencesAssess and report on results of initiatives vs. forecasted impact, identifying optimisationsPresent convincingly to executives and senior stakeholdersQualities for Success:6+ years of product management or website management experience, with B2B marketing website experience a major plusEnthusiastic, creative, and passionate about innovation / pushing boundariesExperienced in directing product strategy, defining and delivering roadmaps using an agile methodologyAbility to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain supportAbility to navigate issues and mitigate risk on the site content and capabilities roadmapsArticulate in detailing site requirements, specifications, and user stories (experience in Jira and Workfront a plus)Analytical curiosity to assess web performance and sort through complex options to drive decision-makingAbility to influence executive and senior-level leaders regarding product vision, roadmaps, and prioritiesAbility to balance multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed, confident operating both globally and locally across multiple geographiesBS/BA or equivalent requiredFrench speaking proficiency, with product management experience in French market and/or Western European markets preferredAbout Adobe:As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll immerse in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
