You will lead multiple aspects of general ledger accounting, assist with the monthly close process and be a key contributor on various projects and initiatives.What you'll do Participate in month end close activities by ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accuratelyAssist with recording intercompany transactions and own the intercompany clearing processOwn the tracking, capitalizing, and amortization of developed software costsDrive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity.Reconcile a variety of general ledger accounts according to Corporate Policies and ProceduresSupport with year-end audit and schedule requests of external auditorsAssist in the documentation and compliance testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)Ad Hoc projects and analysesWhat you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.3-5 years of accounting experience requiredPositive demeanor, collaborative, and solution oriented. Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolvesHighly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvementsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills are essential. Preferred skills: Powerpoint, SAP, Blackline, Tableau, Power BIOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $65,100 -- $138,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
