The Opportunity We seek a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Customer Provisioning team. In this role, you will lead all aspects of our enterprise software applications' offer lifecycle automation (provisioning, de-provisioning, decommissioning, pause, and return). In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as the product, product marketing, and business operations teams to design new offers, entitlement architecture, and offer updates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, customer support, and finance, to ensure our customers have a flawless experience when onboarding and off-boarding our products.What You'll do Develop and implement the strategy for customer provisioning operations, including crafting and implementing workflows and automation processes that optimize efficiency and reduce errors.Collaborate with teams to coordinate the provisioning and de-provisioning processes across Experience Platform Services.Partner with our corporate provisioning team to understand and validate customer contract needs and provide them with an efficient onboarding experience.Work with customer support and engineering teams to ensure smooth customer offboarding processes, including data cleanup and license returns.Define and manage consistency in entitlements and offers for our products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement updates to our offers and entitlements.Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide periodic project updates to executives and product leadership.What is needed to succeed 4+ years of product management experience, provisioning operations, and automation is a plus.Solid understanding of software provisioning and entitlement architecture.Experience with workflow and automation tools is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent.Passionate about big data systems, customer experience transformation, and background in marketing technology systems, advertising technology, or similar.Experienced with strong collaboration skills to interface optimally with a wide variety of team members.The ability to distill a sophisticated set of requirements into well-structured and concrete results.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
