The OpportunityWe are looking for a collaborative Product Manager to join our team. We are building strategy for next-gen Digital Experience solutions, identifying, and executing on the key products between Adobe and our technology partner solutions; including Microsoft. You will drive product integration requirements to deliver real customer value. The focus will be to deeply understand Adobe partner products and strategies; and identify areas where product integration would create new value and competitive offerings for both companies. Learn more about it here.What you'll doBuild out partner strategy for growth products/next-gen services of Digital Experience business unit at AdobeHelp evaluate new partnerships with technology partnersWork with partners to identify better together solutions to deliver customer value. Define product integration requirements and work with partners on the development of joint solutionsHelp drive and define product messaging and better together use cases for Adobe and technology partnersStay abreast of partner products and strategic investment areasIdentify new areas for integrations with Microsoft technologies in by analyzing customer requirements, market trends, competitive gaps and business impact. Champion and present opportunities to management and key stakeholders for considerationDevelop product requirements based on data-driven approach and inputs from stakeholders across the business (e.g. executives, other product teams etc.), integrate requirements into the product roadmapWork with partner and Adobe product teams to validate integration conceptWork with Adobe solution product team to hand off the integration requirements for their backlog prioritizationWork with product marketing teams to communicate key messages and customer value for field and customer facing collateralWork with field teams, customers, and partners to represent product integrations and roadmapAct as a consultant to Adobe solution teams who are investigating integrations with Microsoft productsWhat you'll need to succeedStrong product management and technical background with a good understanding of what products do, how they are architected, and how they integrate with othersMBA preferred5-6+ years working with product management in a technical area with partner experience preferredSound business judgement to be able to identify areas of opportunity and priorityCuriosity and ability to see and consider out-of-the-box ideasPresent opportunities and influence management and stakeholdersOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
