We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The OpportunityThe Adobe.com team is a global organization responsible for operations of one of the world’s largest corporate websites.  The Adobe.com team focuses on making adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors – across the entire customer journey.  The team operates sites in over 90 countries and 36 languages.The Executive Assistant for the Adobe.com organization will report to the Senior Vice President, Adobe.com and support the leadership team of this global org.What you’ll doDaily business support for the Adobe.com SVP and their respective orgsCalendar management and extensive scheduling with both internal and external partners in timezones around the worldManage travel schedules, travel logistics, and expenses;Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO handling;Schedule meetings, conference rooms and presentation equipment;Coordinate special projects including team offsites, team building activities and all hands meetings, and team space planningCoordinate and create department communications and materials as neededRegularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide backup as neededCoordinate assistance with equipment, software, and office issues;Create, edit and process internal and external correspondence;Handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion;Must be able to work onsite between 3-5 days/week.  Candidate will be based in our San Jose office, but will periodically accompany SVP to our San Francisco office (typically 2-4 days per month.)What you need to succeedMinimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in high tech.Successful candidate will be energetic, positive, and motivated with excellent communication skills.  Must have the ability to prioritize and apply sound judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.Candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and be able to work effectively with a minimum of direction in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Outlook (email and calendaring), PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Concur or other expense-reporting softwareExperience with international travel, passport and visa management, and TripActions or other business travel software strongly valuedAbility to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities required.Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow-through.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex assignments.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,800 -- $146,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
