We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.The OpportunityThe Integrated Marketing Manager will be part of a team responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans that drive consumer audience and business growth for Adobe across Korea.We are seeking a data-driven, dynamic B2C marketer to create breakthrough marketing ideas and content that inspire audiences; encourage product adoption and engagement, build long-term, customer value. You are a marketing leader that can balance long-term strategy with short-term results and focused execution in a fast-paced, growing business.We are looking for a skilled B2C digital marketer who brings an audience-focused, modern approach to building marketing strategies, campaigns, content and programs that create results at scale. You’ll bring new thinking and fresh perspectives on how, where and when we can reach our audiences.You will lead and execute campaign plans in partnership with cross-functional team support from Social, Studio & Agencies, Performance Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Engagement and Retention, & Adobe.com. This role partners closely with APAC leads and Global teams in the US. You are also a strategic partner to Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams working together to deliver against annual strategies and business goals.What you’ll doFormulate and drive Korea campaign marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for the Adobe products with a focus on Acrobat.Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals.Create communication strategies that expand reach, drive relevance and fuel interest through partnerships, social channels, influencers, blogs, and new media channels.Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the organization to optimize consumer journeys; and create breakthrough content and messaging.Project management of campaign launches including managing creative and media agencies while communicating details and timelines to cross functional marketing teams and business leads.Manage bottoms-up forecasts and budget for your campaigns in connection to quarterly and annual plans. Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics.Own the media plan working with the Media Centre of Excellence and track campaign media performance for ongoing testing, review, and optimization to respective marketing KPIs.Know our products, our categories, and our consumers.What we’re looking forBring 10+ years of progressive digital B2C marketing experience working on consumer and technology brands and products.Experience working on campaigns with/at agencies focused on digital, social media, influencer marketing, especially transcreation of global campaigns for the Korean market.Proven track record of delivering results via attribution marketing programs.Experience working with agencies to craft compelling messages and content that captivate audiences and offer them valuable solutions.Customer first approach. Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys.Balance creative inspiration with a strong business acumen; understand how to turn data-driven insights into actionable strategy.Be a strong communicator with attention to detail. Listen and distill feedback and points of view from all levels of the organization.Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Navigate a matrixed organization and represent your work, your team with integrity and self-sufficiency. Be able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Experience managing ‘full-funnel’ marketing campaigns for Korea.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required.Knowledge of Adobe products desirable.Fluent spoken and written Korean and English.Location Seoul, Korea
