We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity Taiwan base, actively engage with existing Adobe customer base in both Taiwan and Hong Kong MarketConduct proactive outbound calls & Customer Happiness Surveys for ongoing customer retention and insights generation purposeBe an advocate for Adobe and ensure our customer base are utilising their investment in AdobeEducate customers on how to demonstrate the full range of Adobe products, exploring upsell opportunitiesAct as a center point bridging cross-functional teams on solving customer issuesPerform ad hoc tasks as assignedRequirements:2 years of Customer Service experience preferably in a business-to-business environment with a strong customer attitudeExperience in telemarketing is an advantageStrong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, and Cantonese requiredVerbal and written communication skills in English a plusCommunicate efficiently and effectively to both internal and external partiesDemonstrated experience in Customer careDriven and strong in problem-solvingExcellent teammate and work independentlyProficient in computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
