If you are passionate about helping companies to build exceptional experiences, we want to speak to you!As Business Solution Consultant you work closely with our account teams and their customers. Our mission is to become a trusted advisor by demonstrating critical thinking and by designing meaningful use cases which show the value and potential of the solutions we sell.Whilst this is a sales position, it requires a solid marketing technology understanding, a creative mentality as well as the ability to do consultative selling on digital transformation topics. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best-known brands in the world!What you’ll doThe successful candidate will be able to build credibility with our customers and elicit key information from them around their digital and marketing requirements.As a creative problem solver, you will craft sophisticated solution visions that pursue prospects’ most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of the Adobe Experience Cloud in the customer’s daily work stream. You will also collaborate with fellow Business and Solution Consultants and other supportive functions within Adobe to build convincing stories that illustrate the vision you have for the company.Versatile Business Solution Consultants are true team players, a natural presenter, comfortable running workshops, pitching to C-level execs or speaking publicly to large audiences at customer conferences.In summary, you’ll be one of only a handful of domain experts which are vital to Adobe.What you need to succeed:(Be great at a couple of these, dangerous on a few more, and willing to learn the rest)• Passion for digital transformation, communication and presentation of sophisticated ideas, leadership, mentorship and enablement• Ability to collaborate optimally with people at all levels in an organization, including C-level.• Outstanding commercial awareness and excellent discovery skills• Adaptive capacity, being organized, able to manage multiple work streams at once and multi-task• Own a curious self-start mentality, being inventive and able to work on projects with minimal mentorship with a high level of energy, personal drive, and positivityIdeal Background• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience• Five years in pre-sales, consulting or in a digital marketing role at a large multinational organization.• Experience with enterprise marketing technology (CMS, DAM, Analytics, Testing, Personalization, Email, Account Based Marketing, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs etc…)• Strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples advantageous)• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills• Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.• Ability to travel up to 40%At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
