The Opportunity We are looking for a Program Manager (PgM) to drive programs in the Adobe Service Management organization. Our organization drives a service reliability culture across Adobe through standard, automated Service Management frameworks to increase Engineering velocity and enable excellent experiences for internal partners and external customers. This position will drive initiatives that support our vision and the needs of the business, with direct impacts to product quality, engineering velocity and Adobe customer experience. Are you a self-starter who can lead cross organizational programs to success?What you'll Do Help drive programs within the Service Management organization that align to business prioritiesWork with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program successPromote transparency across the organization and communicate program status regularly.Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmapsCreate, customize and be responsible for the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and critical metrics.Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teamsWhat you need to succeed Have 5 years of relevant technical program management experienceHave experience and success running large, intricate programs that span multiple organizations and executivesHave strong SharePoint, Powerpoint and Jira skillsHave a keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concernHave strong interpersonal and leadership skillsHave technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and the business outputs expectedExcellent communicator. Have excellent speaking and writing skills.Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal directionMust be meticulously organized and exceptionally focused and detailed in the workOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,400 -- $179,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
