With your expertise, we will evolve the existing platform so that internal business users can efficiently manage the commerce platform.What you'll do Adobe's success hinges on scalability in both our business processes and models. Responsibilities will include:Collaborating with Product Management on the vision for catalog management and creating a product roadmapSynthesizing customer and stakeholder requirements to create a value aligned, prioritized product backlogLeads cross-functional teams (scrum teams) with product backlog refinement events that best setup teams with their planning and executionEnsures product backlog items are chunked into understandable and consumable stories for their scrum teamCollaboratively leads defining and setting sprint goalsCollaborates in events of team reflection to help with team introspection, inspection, and adaptationLeveling up Definition of Done with Scrum Team, ensuring clarity with team commitmentsWorking closely with engineers, architects, and product managers to modernize Adobe's catalog management systemUsing your knowledge of the product vision and architectural direction to manage a product backlog, including writing detailed stories with acceptance criteriaWhat you'll need to succeed You are business savvy, empathetic to customer and developer needs, and possess technical depthProvide unambiguous, detailed user stories that include conditions of satisfactionHighly self-aware and instinctively know when to adjust your communication style to appeal to different clients – technical and non-technical audienceEnjoy working with software engineers and architects alike, learning about new technologies, and evangelizing the enablement of self-service capabilitiesComfort in prioritizing cross-cutting needs, often complex, uncertain & ambiguous, between business and engineering priorities.Focus on high-value Product Delivery that best achieves Product Roadmap/Vision.Experience in experimenting and establishing innovative agile team practices that leads to frictionless flow of value.Ability to clearly express the product backlog items, harmonizing business and technical needs, while reasoned with the why?Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
