What you'll do:Customer Enablement Engineers are responsible for the partnership between Adobe and our strategic clients, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Customer Enablement Engineers are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in Digital Marketing and know its value in driving company strategies. They work directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions to ensure success. This position includes all of the following aspects:Operates company's complex high traffic, business critical internet site communications and/or network-based (cloud) product systemsPlans, designs and implements scalable local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP)Responsible for system performance; supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates installation of such items as routers and switches with appropriate vendors Develops tools to automate the deployment, administration and monitoring of a network system Provides training and assists with proposal writing Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons and works on project implementationWorks with development teams to enhance and improve system operabilityConducts tests of network redundancy, resilience and failover of network elements to ensure up-time standards are fully achievedStrategic enablement of customers by providing support for deployments, key product upgrades, regular maintenance activities, major production cut overs & releases, and hosting sessions to educate our customers on AMS and our practices.Focus on ensuring service level agreements for customersParticipating in an on-call rotation to support customers over holidays and weekends.What is needed to succeed:BE/B.Tech in Computer Science EngineeringOverall 5+ years of relevant work experienceStrong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Java systemsExperience with Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure infrastructure Experience working with IT Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Nagios,Experience working with Application Performance Monitor tools such as New RelicExperience working with Log monitoring utilities such as SplunkExperience with Enterprise mission critical software is essential, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a strong plusExperience with long term operation, troubleshooting, and upgrade of Enterprise software a plusExcellent written and verbal communications and customer handling skillsAbility to present information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiencesSuperior ability to demonstrate genuine concern, anticipate needs, and address customer needsExperience with Automation tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git is desirableExperience with Chef/Puppet/Salt Stack is desirableScripting skills in Bash/Ruby/Python is desirable As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
