We are looking for someone with curiosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in to get the job done quickly and with precision. They face challenges head-on to deliver solutions that mix people, process, and technology. The role requires an individual with experience working in an SMB/Phones business with an ability to drive, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be comfortable navigating within a fast-paced agile environment. This includes having strong commercial experience, owning a set of project/programs and an ability to communicate across all levels, including executive staff. Collaboration, establishing and cultivating relationships, and impeccable organization—all with a positive attitude—is crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities:You will own specific commercial initiatives within Adobe’s SMB business, aligning activities, communication, and teams to make decisions and drive initiatives forward with a specific focus on driving commercial change.Partner closely with the senior leaders of Digital Media Direct Sales team to develop and drive these initiatives across all supporting functions (operations, analytics, strategy, sales, enablement, finance)Provide operational support by untapping commercial opportunities and defining requirements, driving action items, and bringing alignment.Identify areas to streamline operational processes and lead change within the organizationWork with business operations across the organization to understand and align business and operational prioritiesHandle appropriate senior-level communication What is needed to succeed:5+ years of commercial experience in SMB/Phones business within a large multinational companyExperience leading commercial initiatives in the SMB space; helping define and establish structure and governance frameworks, key metric measurement, bench marking etc.Perseverance & relentless work ethic with a creative approach in clearing obstacles; Significant program management or relevant experienceExperience working with senior leaders (Director level) to shape initiatives from high level objectives and problem areasPassion for how things work and structure within an ambiguous environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way
