As an Account Manager - Education ( West India ) you would acquire net new Education institutions , Education Ministry accounts on our Digital Media ( Creative Cloud , Document Cloud & eLearning ) offerings , development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Education Sales is a key focus area for Adobe India, and you will be part of a strong Digital Media sales team. You will report into the Education Sales Leader for Adobe Digital Media and will carry a Sales quota.This is a perfect opportunity to take on a sales role in a rapidly growing tech company !What you’ll doIn charge of selling our Digital Media (Creative Cloud , Document Cloud, Stock ,Sign & eLearning ) offerings, you will have to:Define and manage your strategy on Education Institutions & Ministry accounts in a defined Geography.Acquire and maintain a top-line understanding of Education market , trends , projects & competition.Prospect , develop and acquire new accounts.Nurture and expand in existing accounts.Build, maintain and convert pipelineGrow business through rigorous business management executionDevelop and maintain positive relationships to top-decision-makers at C-levels ( Chancellors , Vice Chancellor , Principal Secretary , Commissioners ) and functional levels ( Dean , Director , Academic Head )Coordinate multi-functional team to sign multi-year enterprise agreements / strategic agreementsMeet core KPI's around pipeline coverage progression, forecast , meetings and general activityDevelop and use Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growthMeet or exceed quotaFocus on customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationshipsWhat you'll need to succeed15 + years field sales experience in the Education Technology sectorDegree or Post Graduate in Sales/Marketing/Business/Computer Science or similarHigh performance mentality and consistency in over achievementProven track record engaging in value-based customer centric conversations, and leading a defined enterprise sales processHigh exposure to Adobe / subscription and competitive technology sales in Education Institutions & Education MinistryMust have demonstrable ability of prospecting/cold-calling, account building ,maintenance, and closing sales opportunitiesMust have confidence developing relationships and experience with Senior executives , Chancellor , Vice Chancellor , Education / Skill Development Secretary , Commissioners , management of Education Institutions & Education Ministry .Demonstrate an ability to effectively lead sales tasks, projects and handle completing prioritiesExcellent verbal, presentation and written skills are requiredExcellence in business ethics and integrityGreat teaming and comfortable working with a geographically distributed team
