The Opportunity:The Digital Engagement Strategist creates outstanding experiences for Adobe customers, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Through clear communication and teamwork, Digital Engagement Strategists works directly with the customer success organization using a “consultative” approach to understand business goals and challenges and provide resolutions as part of the broader team, all working toward delighting our customers.What You'll Do:· Intellectual Curiosity & Agility: Quick learner; simplify complex concepts; troubleshoot for resolution· Decision Making & Accountability: Calm with a can-do approach, especially under time or other pressure; weigh conflicting goals and commitments to make decisions based on core values; work in an organized matter; set professional goals, aligned with business outcomes· Product Knowledge: Clear communication about Adobe products, while actively listening; seek out innovative approaches while remaining focused on solutions· Leadership Presence: Consistently positive encounters with peers, customers, prospects, and partners; trusting relationship built early in relationship and maintained throughoutWhat You'll Need to Succeed: • Create, execute, and manage the year long customer content strategy for an Adobe Digital Experience product, including scaled communications in a multi-channel approach to drive customer success.• Use a data-led approach to analyze our engagement strategy and iterate as needed.• Utilize systems (Salesforce.com, Gainsight, etc.) with customer details, including customer health, engagements, and potential renewal / sales opportunities.General understanding of data management and reportingGainsight proficiency with Journey Orchestrator• Produce content in tandem with large scale initiatives that assist the field internally or within automations, process documentation, etc.• Assist with digital events for Americas Growth Digital Experience customers across all DX products. • Integrate event invitations and communications into overall content strategy.• Strategize and identify opportunities to generate up-sell & cross-sell opportunities between Experience Cloud products.• Engage with Success Account Managers to understand needs, provide assistance, and troubleshoot issues at scale.• Maintain and expand internal tooling to help share information with members of the field team via messaging, email, and knowledgebase platforms• Develop scaled approaches to update and utilize customer records to enhance their relationship with Adobe.• Show ability to accomplish individual KPIs and work with teammates to accomplish and solve for more complex problems or KPIs.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Channel Partners, Technical Support, Product Managers, etc. to solve problems and build relationships.• Help the Customer Success team maintain a high-level of adoption and customer happiness by delivering excellent and seamless experiences.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $114,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
