Data has increasingly become a strategic asset to the organization, driving all aspects of business decision-making, performance optimization, and cross-channel campaign delivery.This role will be key in setting the data and infrastructure strategy to scale marketing planning, execution, and analysis across segments and market areas. You will have a unique opportunity to lead in driving the rollout of Adobe’s Real-Time Customer Data Platform for B2B use cases within Adobe, a strategic imperative for the business and our “Adobe on Adobe” ambitions. We are passionate about professional development, where partnership and teamwork are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued!What You'll Do Partner with Marketing / GTM collaborators to define data frameworks and requirements to satisfy analysis and operations use casesDevelop data models and governance structures to enable accurate and timely data delivery and usageAssess data needs and impacts associated with marketing technology changes and releases (e.g., new demand form layouts)Collaborate with operations, analytics, and technology teams to define and validate database designsLiaise with Adobe Technology Solutions on the development of new tools, infrastructure and proofs of concepts to support data requirementsPerform configuration, development, data validation, testing, and activation of the primary components of the data platform/systemsWhat you need to succeed MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field10 + years of Engineering experience in the business applications spaceExperience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience PlatformFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)Working with integrating with cloud systems using microservices architecture, REST, and SOAPExperience in Databricks preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilitiesExceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills along with the ability to stay ahead of the latest information management tools and technologiesAbility to work within timelines and prioritize and complete tasksCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products and drive optimization and automationDocument development phases and monitor systems.Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, HDFS, Spark, Scala preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,400 -- $275,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
