We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity Platform Owner - As a senior member of the IBE leadership team you will have direct responsibility for the Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Quantive platforms. The Platform Owner's primary function is to deliver enterprise platforms, at scale, all while maintaining outstanding platform services that support all Adobe employees. The Platform Owner drives platform vision, translates vision into action, shapes platform services and works with cross-functional teams to enable sustainable features.What you'll Do Work closely with leadership and key partners to help drive technical decisionsSupports creating the overall roadmap and shapes demand for enterprise platform consumption Ensures platform team alignment with the business strategy, roadmap, and platform governance policiesHas ownership and oversight for all platform instances, the core platform team, and any customer concerns Presides over the technical governance board and is involved in all governance componentsLeads application maintenance activities to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediationPresides over design configuration decisions to ensure a flawless user experience that aligns with the platform design strategyPartners with group administrators, champions, and product managers in optimizing and scaling platformsWork closely with Product Management, Communications, and peer technology teams on release management practices, training, quality and transition-in activitiesIdentify and anticipate risks, changes and bottlenecksServes as the primary platform supplier contract manager and maintains vendor partnershipsWorks with procurement, finance, leadership and peers to maintain budget processesWhat you need to succeed  Proven track record with developing positive working relationships with product managers, business partners, engineering and other teams to implement large-scale enterprise systemsPossess a deep appreciation for the customer and the experiences we provide, making UX design a priority across all platforms and servicesStrong experience in Product Management and deep understanding of the product approachSelf-motivated, creative, and adaptable with clear analytical, organizational and communication skillsExperience with translating big-picture ideas into technical requirements and executable tasksAble to identify new initiatives, work independently but also collaborativelyProficient in identifying and prioritizing needs, self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting on progressAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,000 -- $240,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
