We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! Senior Manager, Sales Process and Change ManagementAdobe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our global GTM Operations team with a particular focus on operational process improvement and change management.You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our sales processes and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of change initiatives and process adoption. You will also play a key role in the development, implementation, and governance of the annual planning cycle.The Right Profile:We are looking for a game-changer who bridges business direction with operational/technical design. Someone passionate about transforming operations to deliver flexibility and opportunities for scale to the business!We highly value creative individuals who possess authenticity, resourcefulness, intrinsic motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment!Responsibilities:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales planning processes and supporting systems to support the sales organization's objectives.Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our sales operations processes.Identify areas for process improvement and lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of global change initiativesSupport sales operations initiatives by establishing collaborative relationships with sales, finance, and the wider global operations teamWhat you need to succeed:Strong knowledge and experience managing business operations processes, including headcount, account, target or quota setting.Demonstrated expertise in using technology and data architecture to drive effective operations and collaborate with technical teams.Excellent communicator with ability to clarify complex issues and develop effective solutions. Can recognize the true intent behind a business need, to deliver what is wanted, not what is asked forPersuasive social skills to influence teams and present technical topics in a clear and compelling manner.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar, with a focus on process ownership and change management
