The OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager, Strategic Analytics to join the Digital Media B2B Customer Journey and Digital Analytics team. You will partner closely with data scientists, data engineers, PMM (Product Marketing Manager), LCM (Lifecycle Marketing) and B2B Digital Strategy teams. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.The ideal candidate is passionate about generating analytics insights, coaching BI Analysts, building BI (Business Intelligence) solutions, and influencing business decisions through data-driven story telling.What You Will DoDrive the vision and build-out of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilitiesDevelop and execute business intelligence and visualization roadmapCoach a small team of Business Intelligence AnalystsOwn the design, development, maintenance, and automation of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisionsShare analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytellingBe a leading voice in the definition and governance of key business metricsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand current information needs, and anticipate future needsWhat You Will BringBA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical fields. Master’s is preferred.10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and improving complex Tableau/Power BI dashboards.10+ years of experience in working on data warehousing projects.Be self-driven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data.Advanced working knowledge in SQL, MySQL, Presto, PythonAdvanced working knowledge in data warehouse, ETL (Extract Transform Load), Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake etc.Advanced working knowledge in Tableau/Power BI or other visualization toolAbility to interview business stakeholders to define the need/problem/desire of a request and understand how best to fill the request to drive value.High collaboration and consensus building skills by assuring that reports align with stated operational goals and/or strategy initiatives.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around data acquisition, transforming data into information, and delivering information effectively.Excellent communication skills with advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the business leader.Experience in Customer Journey and Digital Analytics is nice to have
