We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.The RoleThe Adobe Content / Commerce Solutions Consultant supports the Account Executives through the sales process and supports our customers through the proof of concept and transition to the account support team.In this role, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for technical account management, develops and presents an Adobe Point of View, conducts product demonstration of Adobe Commerce or Content Solutions, articulate solution value proposition, creates business & technical case tailored to the customer requirements. The Solutions Consultant possesses a high-level of professionalism as the technical point of contact with the customer to address all technical requests during the sales process.ResponsibilitiesThe Solutions Consultant is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. The position will have responsibility for supporting sales in India. Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for Adobe’s Experience Cloud Content or Commerce products (primarily Adobe Commerce, AEM Sites & Assets) working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Answer questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrations.Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria.Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Provide strong defense against competitive products and object handle questions fielded by the competition in a sales opportunity.Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Provides enablement training, thought leadership and support to Adobe partners in the post sales phase. Desired skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree.8+ yrs. of in a technical presales engagement experience or consulting environment with strong sales acumen and industry know-how in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or Content Management Systems.In-depth knowledge of Brand Marketing, eCommerce use cases, marketing KPIs, Hybrid & Headless Commerce and Content products.Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer requirements.Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)Ability to prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time.Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders.In-depth understanding of the typical use cases and integrations of Experience Driven Commerce implementationsAdobe Commerce or Adobe Experience Manager solution selling/implementation experience.Familiarity with the following preferred: JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, XML/ XSL, SOAP, REST, AJAX, CSS3, LAMP stackOutstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skillsFamiliarity with cloud computing fundamentals and platforms AWS/Azure/GCPAbility to travel up to 75% (within India)
