Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Senior Channel Account Manager to join our digital media business based in Germany. Our digital media (DMe) channel business represents 70% of our EMEA DMe revenue which is HUGE. That means that this role directly contributes to one of the most strategically meaningful areas within Adobe. And a meaningful career comes with happiness and opportunity.What you’ll do:As a Senior Channel Account Manager you are overall responsible to drive growth in terms of sales revenue You will lead your virtual team of local CAMs, ensure they are creating plans and strategies in their territory whilst also executing the overall EMEA planA key task is to create and track a joint annual business plan, which is updated quarterly, then replicate that overall plan across all entities with the support of the local CAMs ensuring they have strategies and tactics for:  Growth of net new customersMaximizing Annual Recurring Revenue – including cross sell, upsell and renewalsLeveraging Adobe marketing programs including marketing development funds spend to maximize revenue gainReview, analyze and understand current and past trends in key performance including all areas of sales to highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected varianceYou are accountable for developing and maintaining a pipeline of net new opportunities and maintain a high level of recurring renewal business to (over)achieve your quarterly sales quotasYou will engage with the stakeholders across Adobe, including, GTM, sales operations and marketing etc. to drive the reseller business forward, focus on priorities and deliver an amazing partner experience that ultimately grows Adobe’s channel businessBuild effective partner relationships at all levels, including C-levels, to yield influence in the organizationEngage the product specialist teams to support with customer sales conversations where necessary and requested by their reseller networkWork internally through your management and virtual team to improve processes and the partner experiencWhat you need to succeed:Excellent leadership skills that help you drive business through others & ability to collaborate across internal and partner organizationsStrategic business planning skills and ability to hold oneself and other stakeholders accountable for actionsProven track record of being able to make things happen in a cross functional environmentYou need to have a growth mindset; looking to see possibilities and opportunities not limitations and always looking for ways to learn new skills to develop yourselfProven success in engaging with executives, VP and/or "C" level as well as excellent networking ability & self-motivated and disciplined approachOutstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written)Excellent organisational and time management skillsAble to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environmentFluent German and English language skills As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
