Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have fantastic opportunities for two Account Executives to join our Solution Led Sales Team (Adobe Experience Cloud) based in Munich, Hamburg or at home.What you’ll doOur Sales team thrives being on the front lines, generating leads and prospects, selling a suite of Digital Experience services, closing deals and making money! The ideal candidate has enterprise level software solutions sales experience and will be responsible for selling digital experience solutions to medium and large enterprises. The Account Executive participates in finding leads, in the development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates contract and pricing, and manages the full sales cycle via solution selling techniques. This is a perfect chance to make a jump to a rapidly growing tech company.What you’ll need to succeed Develop and implement specific territory and account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition. Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate brand awareness. Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target markets. Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process. Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads for Adobe’s Experience Manager solutions within a defined customer base. Negotiate business terms with line-of-business, senior management, C-level executives, and business owners.Develop relationships and work closely with key internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services) to identify, service, and meet customer needs.Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts is a must!What you'll need to succeedSuccess in selling solution-based SAAS offerings, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companiesExpertise around CMS solution market is a plusExperience in developing robust customer relationships in a rapid changing contextAbility to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositionsAbility to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling processBe a proficient networker.
