This is a truly unique role for the right individual!Workshop & Thought Leadership Execution:Lead a portfolio of inspiring high-quality pre-sales workshops to top-tier customer executives across an array of industriesEngage with C-Suites and Senior Executives with a compelling story to drive action and influence the creation of new opportunitiesSeek out business challenges and offer new innovative solutions and opportunities for changeHarvest and track insights and attributable results to generate new pipeline and assist ACS Sales in closing new businessEngage with ecosystem leaders and participants to promote workshops to build a sustainable pipeline of customersWorkshop & Thought Leadership Development:Accountable for development of new workshops to drive new sales booking and pipeline, and help customers mature and transform their digital trajectory. Workshop material will include creation of original thought leadership to spark customer’s imaginations, and ultimately entice them to act. Work outputs may include POVs, strategy roadmaps, maturity models – anything that’s needed to take compelling action!Expansion of existing repeatable pre-sales workshops to new industries, including the associated data gathering, data analysis, collateral, and asset productionHarvesting of insights from workshops to help Adobe Consulting understand the first-hand changing needs of customers to ensure that our pre-sales offerings resonate with compelling, relevant, up to date messaging and narrativesResponsible for creating new thought leadership on specialist subjects related to key sales topics to attract customers and drive leads for workshops. Thought leadership will include white papers, blogs, videos, and other media to help promote our brand and workshopsRollout and enablement of business development frameworks to the global Adobe Consulting Services community, including set up and assisting with delivery in multiple international regionsWhat you need to succeed:5+ yesrs of experience leading digital transformation initiatives as a trusted adviserExperience in crafting digital strategies, along with an understanding of the technical and marketing tactics needed to operationalize themDeep knowledge of, or experience implementing, the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud product suite and how to tie various technologies together to accomplish complex business objectivesKnowledge of digital marketing technology trends in at least one or more industriesStrong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage, encourage, and persuade senior executives, while navigating complex business topicsA forward-thinking, adaptable self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality to attract organic ‘pull'Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing and finding patterns in data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quicklyBig 4 or Technology Strategy Consulting background preferred, but not essentialAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists. The U.S. pay range for this position is $167,900 -- $300,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
