We develop the tools and technologies that empower creative people to tell their stories and fuel digital transformations for all of your favorite brands.Join us in Adobe’s Singapore office, to help provide legal guidance on privacy and security issues for the Asia Pacific Region.  You’ll work closely with colleagues across the world on groundbreaking privacy and security issues and will have the opportunity to influence how we continue to develop our privacy and security programs.  Bring your passion for privacy and security and your best ideas!What you’ll doCoordinate and drive cross-stakeholder alignment regarding privacy in a variety of workstreams including marketing, governance, and public policy.Monitor and report on privacy and security-related legislative and regulatory developments across APAC. Work with our Government Relations team and a variety of industry groups to influence privacy and security legislation and regulations across APAC.Serve as subject matter expert on APAC privacy and security law within our Privacy Office and Cybersecurity Legal Team, and provide expert advice to Adobe teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and other partners across the company.Partner with Adobe’s International Legal organization to support sales negotiations, with a special focus on our APAC customers.Review, develop, and maintain applicable policies and standards and work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver best in class privacy and data protection training initiatives across the company.Respond to APAC regulatory investigations concerning privacy and security-related matters.Minimum qualificationsQualified attorney with at least 5 years of practice in a law firm or in-house with a focus on APAC Privacy and Security Law.Experience running multiple, high-priority projects and advancing complex projects.Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.Problem-solving prowess with excellent legal and business judgment.A business-friendly and flexible teammate who thinks creatively.At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
